School Development Priorities 2025-26

Continue to develop effective teaching and learning approaches across the school to ensure all pupils make good progress from their starting point in literacy and maths. 

Continue to develop pupils as independent learners to support them to become reflective, resilient learners.

Effectively identify and address barriers to learning to ensure all pupils can successfully access and engage with the curriculum. 

Develop consistent approaches to meeting the needs of pupils with additional learning needs (ALN) within mainstream classrooms, ensuring all these pupils make progress towards their individual targets.
